Direct care

### Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

## The kind of team we're building

We're a new practice, and we're building our culture on purpose from day one.

- **Real supervision and support** so clinicians can do their best work
- **Small caseloads as a goal** , so there's time to do things well
- **Kind, assent-aware practice** that respects every child
- **Families as partners** , not an afterthought
