Who we're looking for
Two roles, one team. Both work closely with families.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Work one-on-one with children during sessions
- Follow each child's plan under BCBA supervision
- Make learning fun through play and positive reinforcement
- Share session notes and updates with families
